We want you to love your Sperry products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system, which will be sent directly to your email.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your unworn footwear or apparel in the original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
